Like many of you already know I am an advocate of building your own home. I built mine using building contractors and did some of the work myself. This is in my opinion is the best way to save maximum money. However, many of you may not have the time or just prefer having a service assist you when building your home. This approach may be the best of both worlds for you saving money and having a professional service assist you. Yes, you will not save as much money, but it may be the best route for you.
